真空绝热传输管产品特点：

Features of Vacuum Insulated Tube:

1、环境适应性强、维护方便：美国、西班牙等国家的光热电站选址大多为沙漠等日照充足地区，环境气温偏高；中国光热电站大多选址在青海、西藏、甘肃等西北日照辐射强、海拔高、气温低的地区，传统岩棉保温这样的环境下使用寿命会大大降低，而真空绝热传输管内外胆均采用SUS304不锈钢，耐腐蚀、抗冲击，环境适应性更强，后期维护也较方便，对于确有真空失效的局部管段，可在不锈钢管外加一层气凝胶包裹即可解决问题（真空绝热管即使真空失效，表面温度也只有内管温度的1/3）。真空传输管可大幅降低太阳能光热发电高温工质的输送热损失，有利于云遮、阴天和夜晚回路工质的保温，和传统岩棉保温技术相比，使用真空传输管后，在400℃工质输送条件下，可降低85%的热损。

1) High environmental adaptability and easy maintenance. Solar thermal power plants in countries like America and Spain mostly are in desert region with abundant sunshine and high 

ambient temperature. While Chinese solar thermal power plants are sited in northwest areas like Qinghai, Tibet, Gansu with strong solar radiation, high altitude and low temperature. The service life of traditional rock wool insulation in such environment will be greatly reduced. While vacuum insulated tube has stainless steel SUS304 inner and outer tube, it can resist corrosion and impact. So it is more adaptable to environment. Moreover, it is much more easy to maintain. Once vacuum in one part of pipe is failed, only need to add aerogel to wrap the pipe(Even if vacuum is failed, surface temperature of outer tube is only 1/3 to inner temperature). Vacuum insulated tube can greatly reduce transmission heat loss of solar power high-temperature working medium and good for heat preservation of working medium in cloudy days and nights. Compared to rock wool, using vacuum insulated tube can reduce 85% heat loss under 400℃ working medium transmission. 

2、提高机组运行效率：对于采用传统岩棉保温的光热电站，每天系统正常运行前，要用两至三个小时对管道内已经冷却的高温工质进行辅助加热，系统才能开始运行。而使用真空绝热传输管后，导热介质每晚温度下降仅10~20摄氏度，次日可以零预热运行，从而降低辅助加热能耗，大大提高了电站运行效率。

2) Improve unit efficiency: For solar thermal power plant without storage system, it needs at least two to three hours to heat up the cooled working medium to drive turbine before system is running. Using vacuum insulated tube, temperature of thermal oil will only reduce 10~20℃ each night. So unit can run with zero warm-up. It can reduce energy consumption of auxiliary heating and greatly improve the operating efficiency of power plant.

3、防止管道内高温工质冻结：由于岩棉保温管道导热系数高，管道内的导热油或熔融盐等高温工质在夜间或阴雨天有冻结可能，而真空绝热传输管的超低热损特性，可以长时间保证高温工质的运行温度，防止堵管、爆管，避免事故发生。

3) Prevent freezing of high temperature working medium in the pipe. As rook wool insulation pipe line has high thermal conductivity, high temperature working medium like thermal oil or molten salt in the pipe may freeze at nights or cloudy and rainy days. Once this situation happens, it will cause big accident for device running. While the ultra-low heat loss characteristic of vacuum insulated tube can ensure operating temperature of high temperature working medium in long run to prevent pipe plugging and bursting, so that avoid accident.

4、产品环保、安装方便：岩棉（硅酸铝）和气凝胶保温管体积庞大，安装完全靠人工缠绕，而且这两种材料特性会伤害人体皮肤，安装和后期维护有较高的技术要求；且使用寿命短，

材料不可回收，对生态环境会产生影响。而真空绝热传输管和普通保温管相比，直径只有1/3~1/4；采用成品管段直接套装方式，操作简单效率高，使用周期结束后还可回收再利用，实现真正的节能环保。

4) Environmentally friendly, easy to install. Rock wool(silicate) and aerogel insulation pipe line are bulky, can only be installed by artificial wound, and these two kinds of material are harmful to human skin, they are hard to install and maintain. Besides, they have short service life, material can not be recycled which is bad to ecological environment. Compared to ordinary insulation pipes, the diameter of vacuum insulated tube is only 1/3 to 1/4; It adopts direct butt joint with simple operation and high efficiency. After the end of life cycle, it can also be recycled to achieve real energy saving and environment protection.
